What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored scrambled).
• Content you save: Facebook posts, comments, messages, group and people details you choose to save with the extension, plus the drafts we create.
• Your settings: voice, info links, capture and ideal-friend settings.
• Usage: daily counts of saves and drafts, and when your extension token was last used.
• Payment details (paid plans only) are handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• To provide the app you signed up for (contract).
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
• To meet tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores your data securely.
• Anthropic, which writes the AI drafts. Only the text needed for a draft is sent, and it is not used to train their models.
• Our payment provider, for paid plans.

We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

Other people's information

Saved posts can include names and words of other Facebook users. Only save what you need to reply to, and delete items you no longer need.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it or close your account. Deleting your account removes all your data permanently.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or complain. Export and delete are in Settings → Account. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

Each account can only see its own data. Passwords and extension tokens are stored scrambled, and all traffic is encrypted.
