Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Comment Copilot Pro ("the app"), provided by WIN WITH LEE LIMITED(company no. 17432233, registered office 15 Mailing Way, RG24 9TH, United Kingdom). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app drafts comments, replies and messages in your voice from posts you choose to save. It never posts, comments or sends anything for you. You read, edit and send every word yourself.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for everything you post or send, including drafts you copy from the app.
- You must follow Facebook's and Messenger's terms and each group's rules.
- Don't use the app for spam, harassment, misleading claims or anything unlawful.
- Keep your password and extension token private. Tell us straight away if you think they've been shared.
3. AI drafts
Drafts are written by artificial intelligence and can be wrong or unsuitable. Always check them before use. We don't guarantee any results, such as more engagement, friends or sales.
4. Fair use
To keep the service fast and affordable there are daily limits on saves and drafts. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans, prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. See our refund policy.
6. Your content and data
You own your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the app. See our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Account.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the app running but can't promise it will always be available. Facebook may change its website, which can affect the Chrome extension. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, business or reputation, or for action Facebook takes on your account.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
