Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

14-day cooling-off period

Under UK consumer law you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. By using the app to create drafts during this time, you agree the service starts straight away, and we may deduct a fair amount for what you've used.

After 14 days

Payments aren't normally refundable after 14 days, but if something has gone wrong, please get in touch and we'll be fair.

How to ask

Email contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
